Terms of service

Effective date: 9/9/2026

Welcome to Analog Restorations. These Terms of Service govern use of analogrestorations.com and purchases made through our online store. The store is operated by Analog Restorations doing business as Analog Restorations ("Analog Restorations," "we," "us," or "our").

Please read these terms before placing an order. By placing an order and accepting these terms at checkout, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not place an order. Any website-use provisions apply to the extent you have received notice and agreed as required by applicable law.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order, or have a parent or legal guardian place the order on your behalf. If ordering for a business or organization, you confirm that you have authority to act for it.

You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, shipping, and payment information and to update it when necessary. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and should contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

2. OUR PRODUCTS

We sell turntable accessories, record-care products, artwork, and other items described on our website. Some products are made in small batches or customized to order.

Natural materials, including cork, may vary in grain, texture, tone, and appearance. Printing and engraving may also produce minor variations between individual products. Product images illustrate the item or design; they do not guarantee identical natural grain or exact screen-to-product color matching. These variations do not excuse a product that is defective or materially different from its description or an agreed specification.

Review the individual product listing for dimensions, materials, compatibility, care instructions, and included items. Turntables, records, frames, and other props shown in photographs are included only when the listing expressly says so.

Compatibility and listening results can vary with equipment and setup. We do not promise a particular audible improvement or universal compatibility unless expressly stated in the product description. This does not limit any specific product promises or warranties we provide.

3. PRICES, PAYMENT, AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Prices and currency are displayed on our website. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and any additional charges collected by us will be disclosed before you complete your order. Price changes apply to future purchases and do not change an accepted order.

You authorize the charge for the total amount shown at checkout using your selected payment method. Payments are processed through the payment providers available at checkout, whose applicable terms may also govern their services.

An automated order receipt acknowledges that we received your order. We accept your order when we send an acceptance or shipping confirmation, or expressly confirm that a custom order has entered production.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order because of unavailable inventory, an obvious listing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, an inability to fulfill the request, or a legal concern. We will notify you and promptly refund any payment collected for items we cannot supply. If an error affects the price or a material specification, we will ask you to approve the correction or cancel and refund the affected item. We will not charge a higher amount without your agreement.

4. CUSTOM ORDERS, PREVIEWS, AND PROOF APPROVAL

Custom products may use artwork, photographs, logos, text, or other material supplied by you. You are responsible for checking spelling, dates, names, image quality, placement, and other requested details.

Online customization previews are illustrative tools. They may not accurately show final size, cropping, color, engraving detail, material texture, or the appearance of white and transparent areas. Some files require additional preparation. Any additional design fee or material change to your order must be agreed with you before we proceed.

When your project includes a proof, production begins after your approval and satisfaction of any agreed payment requirements. Review the entire proof carefully. Your approval authorizes us to produce the approved design. A typo or design choice accurately reproduced from an approved proof is not a production error, but approval does not waive your rights if we produce something different from the approved proof or supply a defective item.

Changes or cancellation may be unavailable once production begins. Any applicable cancellation charges or custom-order return restrictions must be disclosed before purchase or separately agreed with you. We will confirm the cost and feasibility of requested changes before performing them.

5. CUSTOMER-SUPPLIED ARTWORK AND PERMISSIONS

You retain ownership of materials you supply. By submitting material for an order, you confirm that you own it or have the permissions required for us to reproduce it for the requested purpose, including any necessary copyright, trademark, publicity, or privacy permissions.

You grant us a limited, nonexclusive permission to use, prepare, and reproduce that material only as reasonably necessary to review your request, prepare proofs, fulfill your order, and provide related support. Any service provider assisting with the order may use the material only as necessary for that work.

Submitting artwork does not transfer ownership to us or authorize unrelated use. We will not use your custom artwork, names, logos, or photographs of your custom product in advertising, public galleries, social media, or products offered to others without your separate written permission. Authorization for one project does not authorize additional projects or uses.

We may request evidence of permission and may refuse material we reasonably believe is unlawful or infringes another party's rights. If we cannot fulfill an order for this reason, we will explain the available next steps and handle any refund in accordance with applicable law and any previously agreed design-work terms.

6. OUR ARTWORK AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website's original text, photographs, designs, graphics, branding, and other content belong to Analog Restorations or their respective owners and licensors. Purchasing a physical product does not transfer copyright or grant permission to reproduce its artwork, manufacture copies, or use our branding to imply sponsorship or affiliation.

Artist collaborations remain subject to the respective artists' rights and our agreements with them. Rights in commissioned design work, including delivery of editable source files or commercial reproduction rights, must be established in a separate written agreement. These terms do not restrict uses permitted by law.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping destinations, charges, and estimated processing and delivery times are provided at checkout, in the product listing, or in our Shipping Policy. Custom production schedules will be communicated as part of the order process.

We will ship within the timeframe stated for your order. If we cannot ship within that timeframe, we will notify you and provide the delay-consent or cancellation and refund options required by law. If no shipping timeframe is stated, applicable legal shipping requirements apply.

Delivery estimates may be affected by carrier delays or customs processing. Contact us if an order is missing, damaged, or marked delivered but not received so we can investigate and provide an appropriate resolution. Carrier involvement does not remove our obligations under applicable law.

Please check your shipping address before ordering and notify us promptly of an error. Address changes may not be possible after dispatch. Any additional reshipping costs resulting from an incorrect address you supplied will be explained before reshipment and handled in accordance with applicable law.

For international orders, any import duties or taxes not collected by us may be payable to the relevant authority or carrier, as disclosed before purchase. Mandatory consumer protections in your location continue to apply.

8. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND ORDER PROBLEMS

Our Return and Refund Policy explains return eligibility, deadlines, procedures, and responsibility for return shipping. The policy in effect when you purchase governs your order, subject to applicable law.

Any exclusions for personalized products or opened record-care products apply only when properly disclosed and legally permitted. They do not remove rights relating to defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed goods.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, or believe an item is defective, please contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where reasonably available. We will work with you on the remedy required by law and any additional remedy offered under our policies.

9. PRODUCT USE AND CARE

Use products only for their stated purpose and follow their labels and care instructions. Before using a platter mat or other accessory, check the relevant dimensions and your equipment manufacturer's setup guidance.

Use record-cleaning products only on the record types and surfaces identified as compatible in the product instructions. Follow all handling, storage, and safety directions. Contact us before use if compatibility is unclear.

We are not responsible for damage to the extent it is caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow adequate instructions, as permitted by law. This does not exclude responsibility for a defective product, inadequate warnings, or our own legally actionable conduct.

10. WEBSITE USE AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Do not use the website to commit fraud, infringe another person's rights, upload malicious code, interfere with security, or unlawfully obtain information about other users. We may restrict access to prevent or address such conduct, while continuing to honor applicable obligations for existing orders.

Our store uses Shopify and may include third-party payment, customization, or other services. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy notices. Links to other websites do not mean we endorse their content. We remain responsible for our own obligations as the seller.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but access may occasionally be interrupted. We may correct website errors and update content. Corrections do not retroactively alter accepted purchases without your agreement or a lawful basis.

11. REVIEWS AND FEEDBACK

If you submit a review through a feature intended for public posting, you permit us to display that review and the display name you provide in connection with the relevant product or our store. You retain ownership of your review. Separate use in advertising requires your permission.

Reviews must reflect your actual experience. We may remove spam, unlawful content, personal information about others, or material unrelated to the product or experience. We do not prohibit honest negative reviews or penalize customers for expressing them. Private customer-service communications and custom artwork are not public reviews.

12. WARRANTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

We stand behind the specific descriptions, promises, and written warranties provided with our products. These terms do not disclaim implied warranties or mandatory consumer guarantees that apply to your purchase.

For business purchases, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect business losses, such as lost profits or business interruption, that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted. This provision does not apply to purchases made primarily for personal, family, or household use.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by our negligence, defective-product liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or any other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit.

13. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey, United States of America, subject to applicable federal law and any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

If there is a problem, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. Doing so is encouraged but does not prevent you from pursuing available legal remedies, filing a complaint with a government agency, or meeting a legal deadline. These terms do not require arbitration or waive access to small claims court or participation in a class action.

14. CHANGES AND GENERAL TERMS

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Updated purchase terms apply to orders placed after the revised terms take effect and are accepted. They do not change the terms of an earlier order without your agreement. Where required, we will provide additional notice or seek consent to material changes affecting ongoing services.

If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These terms, the purchase policies identified above, and any specific written agreement for your order govern the transaction. A specific written agreement controls over a conflicting general provision, subject to mandatory law. Nothing here cancels an express product promise or limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
